Centre of building production Ostrava
Centre of building production Ostrava (SSV Ostrava) ensures comprehensive realization of constructions from minor demolitions and ground works up to comprehensive regeneration of panel houses. The main contens and bearing programme SSV Ostrava is windows replacement, thermocasing of buildings, roof mending and other activities connected with panel houses regeneration.

Facade casing of operational building OvaK Ostrava, realization 2001
Realization of facade casing of operational building OvaK Ostrava company is made by facade plates CEMBONIT placed on combined grid with thermal insulation of mineral wool.
Windows replacement, balcony repairment in Nedbalova street 25, Ostrava
In 2003 we realized replacement of balcony windows and doors including walling of the place between particualr windows by dry method, repairment of balcony boards and banisters and also thermocasing of gable walls. All work was done from our own facade scaffolding, balcony windows and doors are made of German quality profile system REHAU, on balcony boards there are backfilling hydro-insulations DEITERMANN, including laying of antiskid paving. Thermocasing is made by STOMIX system.

For housing association we realized thermocasing of gable wall including exchange of tinsmith components in Vítězná street in Ostrava. For assembly we used our own facade scaffolding and material provided by CEMIX company. Task was finished within 14 days.
Revitalization of block of panel houses in Oskara Motyky street 1, 3, 5, 7, Ostrava
In 2006 we realized complex revitalization of four eight – floor panel houses in Oskara Motyky street 1, 3, 5, 7 in Ostrava - Fifejdy.
Integral part of the project was complete replacement of current windows by plastic ones made of German quality profile system REHAU, thermocasing of outer coating by certificated system CEMIX 100 mm thick, balcony and roof covering repairment, including its thermocasing. Alkorplan was used as a covering.

Construction of forest roads exits
For Lesy České republiky, s.p. we realized construction of forest roads exits and connections to aterial highway in Land Register Office in Hrabětice town, in region Nový Jičín. The construction consists of ground work, low building frame of highways, pipe culverts and realization of asphalt surface including traffic signs.
